F. W. Sims performed all Core & Shell HVAC piping work for this new 73-floor commercial and office tower which, at 1,401 feet, is the 4th tallest building in Manhattan and the 2nd tallest office building (behind One World Trade Center, another F. W. Sims project). The tower has an observation deck located on the 72nd and 73rd floors.

The project scope included rooftop cooling towers, multiple Mechanical Equipment Rooms (MERs) throughout the building, local air handling units on tenant floors, and all associated piping up to and including 30” diameter.
