This multi-phase project for the School Construction Authority tasked Hellman Electric with extensive site work at the Kathryn M. Phelan School over a period of 36 months.

Phase I was a 4-story addition to the school structure that consisted of all power, lighting, fire alarm, and low voltage systems. Phase II was a retrofit of the existing 3-story school. The final phase involved flag poles, light poles, and landscape lighting.
