During this 36-month project, Hellman Electric undertook a complete infrastructure upgrade of all electrical systems throughout Building 102 of the Manhattan Psychiatric Center on Wards Island. This included HV and low voltage, new SKU substations, medium voltage gear, and the complete fit-out of all 17 floors with new lighting and necessary devices.
