F. W. Sims provided all new HVAC systems throughout this new 6-story state-of-the-art medical facility, which will fulfill the increasing need for patient laboratory services as Memorial Sloan Kettering expands its treatment services throughout the NY Metro area.

These new HVAC systems included a new central plant and distribution to all floors. Specialty systems were also provided, such as specialized sterile rooms and laboratory/research departments, a full service blood bank, and stem cell therapy laboratories.
